Every year in my school memory book under “what do you want to be when you grow up?” My answer 99% of the time was “VET” and since that was always my dream and passion, I followed my heart. I graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at St. Clair College in 2009, wrote and passed the National Veterinary Technician Examination shortly after. From that I obtained the name Registered Veterinary Technician. I dedicated a solid 7-8 years to the veterinary world and experienced so many wonderful pets, clients, veterinarians, and technicians along the way.

For the past four years I took a step back and became a stay-at-home mom with my two amazing sons and have loved all the time with my boys. To keep things interesting my husband Brad and I already had 5 fur babies at home; we have two “mutts” my sweet old gal of 12 years is named Yoshi, and the energetic yet big baby boy named Tonka. Then our 3 cats named: Ember (orange & white tabby), Rogue (grey tabby) and Shelly (tortoiseshell). I have now come back to the veterinary field and had the pleasure of joining Martindale Animal Clinic. I am looking forward to growing with this brilliant team
